- Working Instructions:
Avoid to make positive and negative terminals short circuit to prevent
the battery damage or severe danger.
Do not demolish, decompose or reform the battery without professional shill,
otherwise it’ll cause the internal sulfuric acid and lead poisoning to the
people and the environment
- Charging Instructions:
Place on charge at specific voltage and the control the proper capacity.
(Note 2V is one monomer, 6V is three monomer, 12V is six monomer)
when charge voltage is 2.26-2.30V/2V a monomer keep the highest capacity
under the rate 25% of the marked capacity. At the temperature 25°C, the
capacity should be adjusted less than 2mA/Ah.(6V charge voltage
should be 6.78-6.90V, 12V charge voltage should be 13.56-13.80V)
Charge battery fully as soon as it becomes discharge stop charging
if it is full enough. The charge voltage is 2.35-2.45V/2V one monomer keep
the highest capacity under the 25% of the marked capacity.
- Discharging Instructions:
When the discharging time and the voltage reaches as given below,
stop discharging, or the battery will be damaged.
> 20 hours: 1.8V/2V
2-20 hours: 1.7V/2V
<2 hours: 1.6V/2V
- Terminal voltage testing:
Specific voltage 2V, Actual voltage > 2.1V Specific voltage 6V,
Actual voltage > 6.2V
Specific voltage 12V, Actual voltage > 12.4V
